CrowdEngineering Announces Crowd4self, a New Crowdsourcing Platform

CrowdEnginnering has just announced a new crowdsourcing self-service platform called Crowd4self. The new platform will allow companies and individuals to crowdsource any aspect of the business process while retaining full control over the workflow. They will be able to engage the right community for their work, manage the time and quality of the work and control the delivery.

Our experience in working with large enterprises proved the fact that there is a huge opportunity among the small and medium businesses. We believe all size businesses can benefit from crowdsourcing. However there existed a gap in this market in the past and we strongly believe that we have addressed this issue with our innovative product crowd4Self,
Gioacchino La Vecchia, CEO of CrowdEngineering

The whole crowdsourcing process is made in three steps. In the first, clients select a workflow for a determined business process. The second step is selecting the right crowd to complete the project. And the third step is to manage the project while it is being executed.

Crowd4self also features an application marketplace which will allow businesses to find suitable crowdsourcing tools to enhance their projects and tasks. Businesses can customize their chosen apps, including appearance, and run it from the CrowdEngineering site or from their own as an embedded widget.

Crowd4self will be launched at the TechDisrupt 2011 in San Francisco.
