Today, April 5th 2012, President Obama signed the JOBS Act, bringing investment crowdfunding into the limelight. Everyone in the crowdfunding and crowdsourcing world is excited; Americans will soon have the ability to legally offer equity and non-equity investment opportunities online through crowdfunding, but as you will see in the following video, there is much work to be done.
