For whatever reason, likely our own ignorance, the mystery of specialized government organizations might not conjure up ideas of openness. You certainly wouldn't expect them to ask for your help trying to name the next Federal flavor of Mountain Dew and throw a rave, handing out glow-sticks with the url to the naming contest, for example. Nevertheless, we're happy to see that, while still no rave, they apparently are open when it comes to the most recent crowdfunding legislation & the JOBS Act.
